Where can I download LovePlayer?+
LovePlayer is available on the LG Content Store (webOS) and on Android TV (Google TV, Chromecast, Shield…). The Samsung Tizen version is in development — see the Platforms section.
Does LovePlayer provide channels?+
No. LovePlayer is a pure media player: it does not include, sell or provide any content. You load your own M3U or Xtream playlist and are solely responsible for it.
Is payment monthly?+
No. You pay once per device: either a one-year license or a lifetime license. No hidden recurring fees.
How does the free trial work?+
Every new device gets a full 7-day trial at no cost. After the trial, activate your MAC address to continue.
What is MAC lock for?+
MAC lock prevents someone who knows your MAC address from modifying or deleting your playlists. Enable it in the app settings.
How do I add a playlist with QR code?+
In the TV app, choose "Add via QR code": a code appears on screen. Scan it with your phone, fill in the form, and the playlist appears on your TV instantly.
How do I customize the home screen?+
On first launch or in Settings → Home sliders, pick up to 4 categories per type (Live, Movies, Series). Favorites and recently watched always stay on home.
How can I speed up loading?+
In Settings → Manage categories, hide categories you don't need. The app then downloads only visible content — loading becomes much faster.
