Delete your LovePlayer account

This page explains how to ask LoveTech to delete your LovePlayer account and the data linked to it. LovePlayer is a media player only — we do not provide TV channels or films.
How to request deletion
1. Sign in at https://www.loveplayer.app if you still can, then open Contact and send the subject “Delete my LovePlayer account”. 2. Or write to support@loveplayer.app from the email address of the account, with the same subject. 3. We confirm by email and delete the account. The request is handled within 30 days.
What we delete
Your account (email, name, password hash or Google sign-in link), trial and subscription dates stored by LoveTech, linked TVs, playlists (M3U / Xtream credentials), favourites, watch progress, account settings and pairing codes.
What we may keep
Invoices and payment records required by law (including records held by Stripe or Google Play). Contact-form messages until your request is closed. We do not keep your playlists or TV devices after the account is deleted.
Delete some data without closing the account
In My account you can remove a playlist or a linked TV at any time. That does not close the account. Local data on a TV (PIN, last channel) is cleared if you unlink the TV or wipe the app.
