Terms of service

LovePlayer is a media player for Smart TVs (LG webOS, Android TV) and an associated website. It does not provide, host or sell audiovisual content. You load your own M3U or Xtream playlist and are solely responsible for it.

An account is required (email + password, or Google sign-in). Each new account gets a 7-day trial. After that, a monthly or yearly subscription is required. The licence is tied to the account, not to a single TV.

Up to 2 TVs can be linked to the same account. To replace one, remove it from the account then pair the new TV. That replacement is limited to once per month.

To link and restore a TV we use a device identifier: a network MAC address when available, or a stable technical ID derived from the device (Android). A TV session token (device token) is then issued. A short-lived pairing code can also link the TV from the website.

When the TV is linked to your account, playlists, settings, favourites and playback progress can sync across your devices. Local copies also remain on the TV.

The site uses cookies or equivalent storage only for the sign-in session (Auth.js / JWT), security (CSRF token) and, if applicable, administration. No advertising cookies. Details are in the privacy policy.

The publisher is not liable for user-loaded content or third-party server unavailability (playlists, Xtream, metadata). No external site is authorised to sell subscriptions on our behalf.

These terms are governed by French law. After an attempt at amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction.
